What you share
The estimate form asks for your project type, ZIP code, city, contact details, preferred contact method and language, and any notes you choose to add. Please do not include utility account numbers, payment details or sensitive documents.
How it is used
When you send the form, your details are emailed to Suntrify office staff so we can respond about your project. The website does not keep its own database of submissions, so the copies that exist are the emails in our office mailboxes and any records we keep to serve you. The form does not enroll you in a marketing list or take a payment.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and it does not store form details in your browser. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
